We Providing Emergent Fire Watch Units to be deployed quickly
With the increase of private and public events that include the consumption of alcoholic beverages, we have seen new state laws requiring the constant monitoring of alcoholic beverages to keep them out of the hands of minors. Rather its a public beer garden that have strick fence lines in which alcohol may not leave or enter the controlled area, or a private wedding in which the host has control of how alcoholic beverages are furnished to the guests, it requires a security officer fully trained in state laws and knows what is and what is not allowed.
Our Alcoholic Beverage Officers are constantly monitoring the alcohol flowing through the event so that you can concentrate on other areas of your event.
Our Critical Response Team is readily available 24-hours a day to respond to immediate needs for on-site security staff to maintain a physical barrier between fire-damaged buildings or properties condemned for public safety reasons. All security officers have undergone the required OSHA training needed to provide a Fire Watch and properly identify areas of the building/property with the greatest risk of fire or collapse.
Property owners and managers are tasked with the responsibility of providing 24-hour fire alarm service to residential structures. However, sometimes the alarm system is taken offline due to maintenance issues, or the water fire sprinkler system is disabled due to frozen or ruptured pipes. We provide a Fire Watch Safety Officer to those properties to maintain a constant 24-7 watch over the properties undergoing such a problem.Â
Although this may seem a simple task and that any other security company can assign a security officer to the property, this, however, is not the case. The State of Kansas requires that anyone maintaining a fire watch must have completed the required training through OSHA or another approved training provider. Without the proper training, the safety officer is keenly aware of evacuation plans if an incident should occur, as well as be vigilant at potential areas of the building that are possibly a higher risk of escalating the starting point.
